Well if youve already "done" everything in the game (which is close to impossible), I guess you could make a new character or just go play a different game.

You have not given many options here..

1. Gamble at every casino without cheating and break their banks.
2. Go on a killing spree, just take out every single person and creature in game.
3. Have some fun, go nuts, take a Madoc time by...

i: Getting the weakest weapon.
ii: Wearing the silliest outfit.
iii: Fight the biggest creature with such items.
iiii: Shout out bawdy nursery rhymes as you do so.

Pretty much what hMadoc says....or start a new guy. Or load a save game and repeat some fights/areas that you particularly enjoyed.

If you don't want to start a new chr, your options are pretty limited.

Pretty much it. The draw in RPG's are their replay value. So if you don't want to make a new character... I'm not sure myself. If you're on PC, you can resort to something like AWoP and IWS for more enemies / places to explore. If not, then you may as well try for a personal goal, like say completing challenges in your misc. tab. That'll at least give you incentive to still go around the wastes and kill stuff.

I think the entrance is in North Vegas Square, there's also one on the road going east from the Freeside East Gate.
But if you want to enjoy the game more then just start a new character.
Don't see why you don't want to do it.
The game is designed for replayability.

- Play Dead Money if you have Fallout New Vegas on the 360. (I'm not sure if it came out for PS3/PC or not)
- Kill everyone.
- Hunt for achievements/trophies. (I'm not sure if they have any achievement related things on PC)
- Start a new game. (If you don't mind, but you do mind) (I have created 9 new characters and reached level 12 or over with 7 of them)
