No, it wouldn't make any sense for them to be there. That was specific to Vault 101. Butch ,if you never recruited him as a follower will just stay at the Muddy Rudder forever. Even if he wasn't a slacker he never would survive the trip clear across the country, let alone the remaining Tunnel Snakes.

Barrett summed it up beautifully, Butch is essentially all hat and no cattle, he'll talk a tough fight, but he relies on his two cronies crab and goyle to defend him in V101. One member passed away due to radroach bites, and the other defected sometime between your leaving the Vault and your returning to the Vault. And Butch is a terrible combat companion. So in short, while as an easter egg it would be interesting (and I did like those jackets tbh) but it wouldnt make sense, then again, an easter egg is....well...an easter egg.
