Fallout 3 song parody for everyone

Post » Sat Apr 02, 2011 12:07 am

Yup, another boring day here at work. How can I incorporate more Fallout 3 into my life... well, by making this silly song parody.

It's set to the tune of "I've Been Everywhere" as sung by the late, great Johnny Cash. I know you have heard this song. It's in those hotel commericals. Anyways... here it is, I hope ye all enjoy!!

"I've been Everywhere - Wasteland Edition."

I was totin' my pack
Near the dusty Super-Duper Mart...
When along came a caravan
With a high and canvas covered load...
If you're going to Rivet City Guy,
With me you can ride...
So I climbed up on the brahmin
And then I settled down inside...
He asked me if I'd seen a road
With so much dust and sand
And I said,
"Listen Crow, I've traveled every road in this here land."

(Chorus)
I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man
'Crossed the Wastelands bare, man
I've breathed the dirty air, man
Of travel, I've had my share, man
I've been everywhere

Been to Big Town, Raven Rock, Greyditch, Mason District
Megaton, Citadel, Falls Church, Fort Constantine
Clifftop Shacks, Minefield, Gibson House, Gary's Galley
Georgetown, Girdershade, Maryland, Cliffside Caverns
Olney, Oasis, Murder Pass, Dave's Museum
Ranger Compound, Boutique Le Chic, and Takoma, I'm a Slaver!!

(Chorus)
I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man
'Crossed the Wastelands bare, man
I've breathed the dirty air, man
Of Mutants, I've had my share, man
I've been everywhere

L'Enfant, Chevy Chase, Scrapyard, Wheaton Armory
Washington, Zane's House, Andale, Dunwich Building
Arefu, Fairfax Ruins, Dukov's Place, Evergreen Mills
Shalebridge, Wilk's House, Yao Guai Caves, Chryslus Building
Tenpenny and his tower, Hamilton's Hideaway,
White House, Sniper Shack, Grisly Diner nothings finer!

(Chorus)
I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man
'Crossed the Wastelands bare, man
I've breathed the dirty air, man
Of Raiders, I've had my share, man
I've been everywhere

Calverton, Raid Shack, Benson House, Vault 101
Arlington, Bethesda, Vernon Square, Rockopolis
Pittsburg? Springvale, Eulogy's Pad, Anacostia
Fort Bannister, Sunken Sewer, Lock and Load, Underworld
Roboco Facility, Cornucopia Fresh Groceries
Little Lamplight, Centerbery, Galaxy News Radio
and Three-Dog says the Enclave's got to go!!

(Chorus)
I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man
'Crossed the Wastelands bare, man
I've breathed the dirty air, man
Of Mercs, I've had my share, man
I've been everywhere

(Final Chorus to end)

I've been everywhere, man
I've been everywhere, man
'Crossed the Wastelands bare, man
I've breathed the dirty air, man
Of Deathclaws, I've had my share, man
I've been everywhere.

Well,I really like the opening, but as I don't know the tune I can't really imagine how the place naming part goes.

Sweet! I wish I had that kind of time during the day to slack off. :D
