And I still have no damn recognition from NCR. No fame or infamy in the slightest. Was it because I did all these quests while wearing NCR armor? Because for whatever reason NCR armor makes your karma with the NCR neutral (even if it was Idolized before, what?). I just figured this might be the problem.

If not, these are some hard-to-impress bastards.

I usually get idolized with them with two quests, also the faction armor making your standing neutral is the downside.

It makes the faction you wear the disguise for (No matter what the normal standing is.), neutral.

I know that but this was my question: Will starting and finishing quests not make me gain NCR fame if I am wearing faction armor? Just a hunch I had you can probably figure out yourself.

Yep it's a glitch.
Just always remember to skivvy down when you are finishing a faction quest and have faction armour on.

Well I kinda delete all my saves except the most recent, so if I can't get my karma back...

if you're on the PC you can use console commands! it isn't cheating if you've done all those quests

Yes that's a well known glitch, and a bloody annoying one I might add. That's why I never use faction armor outside combat or infiltration.
