Supermutants

For their sheer size, strength, and blind loyalty to their leaders

Errr, ok? You ask who is better. That is of course Super Mutants. But if you ask what I like better, that's a bit harder. I don't really like ghouls or muties in Fallout 3 and NV, I liked them much better in the older games like Harold and Lou and Seth and Harry and... is the master considered a Super Mutant? Really awesome characters with cool voice acting.

But I guess I like ghouls the most, since I'm a huge zombie fan. ^_^

Any ghoul save Set, Set was an [censored]. But I like ghouls, if I were in the universe, I'd sit down with one for hours and ask them to instruct me in pre-war knowledge. :nerd:

Look at me...
Am I going to go for a large, hulking, hyper agressive, scarred brute..
Or a hot zombie chick or chuck..
Damn it options, options.
I'd have to say ghoul, as there are just so many great characters in every FO that are ghouls.

Ghoul.

Yeah, Supermutants get tough and big and can rip out a fire hydrant... but they lose most of their identity in the process. Ghouls look like ground Brahmin meat, but hey, at least they know who they are from the get-go.

Neither.

I like neither one better than the other.

The intelligent and rational Super Mutants are my favorite. If the game were equipped for it, I wouldn't mind playing as one.

I prefer the intelligent Supermutants. They still know who they are, they live a long time, and they are not squishy.

Ghouls from the first Fallout. There was just something about them that made them creepy, yet so awesome.

The intelligent Mutants like Neil are best.

the order goes Neil > Intelligent supermutants > ghouls > dumb super mutants > feral ghouls.

I like the non-feral ghouls, they're like walking history books! :ribbon: and you can like talk to them. The supermutants (the ones that aren't hostile) don't have as developed personalities. Has anybody been able to talk to tabitha? I always have to kill her, <_< and I really didn't want to

Hmmm a top three is in order for me.

1. Trogs (VAN BUREN! :stare: )
2. Ghouls (Real ghouls, not burn victims like the last two games. <_< )
3. Ghosts (So creepy, feel sad that they are tied to an exclusive area though. Would've been nice to see more of them in future releases.)

1. VB was never made, therefore those trogs never existed outside Fanon :spotted owl:
2. I prefer the F3 F:NV ones, to me a ghoul is supposed to look like a burn victim since they survived the Great War. The ones in F1-2 were cheesy and childish in my opinion. But to each their own.
3. I envy those who can play Dead Money. :sadvaultboy:

1. Don't care really, the design is still there and it's intact for future usage. The Pitt trogs were created due to the unique radiation mix and Ghosts were created by the unique red mist, Trogs on the other hand are easier to create, take a bunch of people, throw them into a cavern, let radiation slowly work it's way with them for a couple of generations and voila! Trogs. :D
2. Originally they were suppose to look cheesy, just like Super Mutants. :) (IIRC)
3. You'll get it on the 22nd though! :D
