hello

I have maxed out all my attributes:

strength
perception
endurance
charisma
intelligent
agility
luck

they are all level 10. And i have just ranked up again and i have 1 point to assign out but I cant do anything. So Im stuck... how can i get past this?

1 Point to assign to what? You're SPECIAL points? Are you taking intense training? Or...if that isn't the case, how are you getting more attribute points just from ranking up?

Remove your attributes/perk per every level mod
or
Use the console to remove the attributes you gave yourself.
or
reload and don't pick Intensive Training again.

Don't cheat. (10 points of intensive training + implants + base SPECIAL points) < 70.
