I would agree about the TES part, particularly with rps, but you have to at least give the people here some credit. They aren't terrible. They're not up to TES standards, but give it some time and they'll be just as good as TES.

I definatly agree with the idea of voting on the favorite RP's and Fic's. Maybe Judges could be used as in American Idol or something. We approve Rp's for the group, slowly eliminate some, then everyone votes for their favorite out of, say, the final five of each topic.
