Every time I go into the brotherhood the instance loads with me inside the elevator building. I can move around the inside but can't interact with anything outside of it, (the door or the guards) the game tells me that I can't get there. I was wondering if there was any solution to this, I don't care if it actually fixes the problem or not. A no walls cheat or something?

Try going to your map, switch over to the town map, and see if there are any destination triangles for other areas.

Once I'm in the elevator I can't get out to get to an exit grid. Every time I want to try to enter I have to save it beforehand.

When I'm in the brotherhood square on the grid map I can only get access to the entrance destination triangle.
