How do you get more exp in power mode?

Post » Mon Jun 08, 2009 2:02 am

Title says it all. I know that stealth is killing people while or soon after being in stealth mode and armour is killing people while in armour mode, but I don't understand how to get more exp in power mode.

Click the left stick while aiming down the sights with the aim module equipped. In fact if you click the left stick while doing just about anything you'll see the power mode light up. I've had rounds with power being my highest XP. experiment.

I don't understand how you could be asking about getting power exp. Pretty much just moving gets you power exp. My power level is around double both armor and stealth for me xD

My power level is by far the lowest, my stealth is rark 8, armor is 5 or 6, and power is 3 or 4. I always get the LEAST for power mode and I sprint and slide a ton every game.

You will score the most points for clicking and hold the left joy stick while firing "which use's power to help steady your recoil". You also gain power from sprinting, Power jumping and melee attacks.

If you don't gain power that means you walk everywhere which means you walk while cloaked. So sad haha

I'm a heavy run and gun kind of person, so power is always gonna be so high. Seriously though. If your power level is low, then you're clearly camping hardcoe. Because simply sprinting around uses power, which gets you power exp. S if you have a low power level, then you don't move around much, therefore you camp your ass off.

I think mine is low because when I run around I usually do it in cloak mode, so maybe just running without cloak gets more exp? I'll try.

Running while cloaked levels your cloak instead of power.

It's kinda hard to camp in a game where you die in 2 hits.

Also, camping isn't a bad thing, it's a tactic. Live with it.

I'm so glad someone else is having the same issue as me. I'm level 31 and I have had stealth and armor maxxed out at 12 for a good 5 hours of game play but my power is moving ridiculously slow. The only way that I can get it experience is to throw on mobility enhanced which is maxxed out and run around without using stealth or armor...

I'll make a vid of it + postgame XP screen. My stealth lvl is 8 and my power lvl is 4 and I always get the speed demon award(Most sprinted)

Thanks guys. I tried running around a lot without cloak or armour mode on, and now my power mode is leveling really fast. It's also improving my score.

If you're a heavy runner, the Power one will come to you easily. If you tend to camp and stay cloaked you'll remain Power-LESS.
