Have you installed any mods into the game, anything that changes the game visually?

Or have you updated your display drivers?

You say you get it in Metro 2033 as well?

Do you have any custom configs installed for Crysis?

Try resetting to default in nVidia control panel. Also, try other drivers (not necessarily the latest ones).

Do you have any gpu overclocked?

Could be a heat/artifacting issue, try turning your fans up.

Try the beta drivers and see if those fix your issue. Have you been completely uninstalling your old drivers correctly each time before you upgrade? It could be a driver conflict of some sort. Have you tried using a different monitor yet or different resolutions?

You may need to RMA your card if this is happening across several games and is not driver related.
