why so many changes from demo????

Post » Sun Jun 21, 2009 11:55 am

i thought the demo was flawless other than some minor bugs like the random loss of red dot and some lag when changing weapons, but they changed so much!

the proximity alarm is almost useless!!! the guns are all weaker, you cant change from camo to armor mode as fast... and the aim enhance is terrible too, i use to be able to take people out from across the pier with the scar if i paced my shots correctly and now there not a chance in the world with the lower damage and less steady aim.... i thought the beta was perfect and i just dont get why they changed so much?

yeah it was suited to you but not everyone else tbh i cant tell any different between armor and cloak only difference i found is u cant put a suppresser on the scar but in the demo you could and they have also put the hard malee back in the game when u push and hold the right stick i also noticed they changed that 10th rank as in the demo it used to be 3 stars but now its a little line

ugh i hated the demo, auto aim lock on by pulling left trigger, glad they practically removed it. Range shots with rifle just burst fire and works fine.

I really don't like it either. The entire game handles differently. I was very, very excited about the direction Crytek was heading with that demo. Sure, there were a few minor bugs and such, but nothing game breaking or major really. Now that we're at full retail...it almost feels like a different game. People move faster...energy drains quicker...Ugh. Just not my thing. I was planning on playing this a whole ton, but I'm not sure I'm going to stick with it now. I HATE to be this guy, absolutely hate it, but I feel like some of these changes were made with the Call of Duty crowd in mind. That would be fine if it objectively improved the game, but from what I'm seeing it really hasn't.
