Disappointed with Fallout NV

War never changes i guess, and it appears, neither does the arguing.

But Fallout sure has changed.

I can play numbers to, Fallout: New Vegas has sold more copies than FO3, therefore it is better :teehee:

You know, I am going to play Fallout 3 again, and this time i am only going to use a .32 pistol. I've beaten the game with a Chinese Pistol before, this should be just as fun.

Cool, because currently in FONV, I'm literally PUNCHING Deathclaws to Death at level 10.
AT least FO3 will be challenging with a .32 pistol or the Chinese pistol, as long as you don't
follow the main story. And thanks to Martigen's Mutant Mod that adds tons of spawns including Wanamingos etc...

Bethesda are notoriously BAD at writing stories and make extremely short stories at that, that's why they
have such Sandbox settings, if you follow the main story in FO3, you can finish it in about 15 minutes at level 2.

Go to youtube and someone has a walkthrough of Beating Morrowind at level 1 in about 9 minutes.

And the stupid leveled list, the first thing I do in FO3 is run to Rivet City to get the Bobblehead at level 1.

Thankfully someone made a bobblehead mod for FONV so at least I have something to do other than watch a bunch of
cosplay idiots walk around in Roman Costumes playing "This is Sparta" like a bunch of Morons.

At least they are better than

Vampires wannabes
Two dudes who plays the hero and the villaim with ants and robots
Optimus Prime

AND

Aliens

Also

We are talking about the vanilla content

Not modded ones

and the fact that FO3 have better explration is not an excuse for bad writting

Better random exploration to be exact (and even that is somewhat debatable).

I found exploring the different outcomes of NV quests much more rewarding than emptying abandoned officebuildings, sewers and factorycomplexes off of random enemies and pointless loot in FO3. A dungeondive is all well and good in certain amounts, but Fallout 3 relied too much on it, imo.
