i was doing zeta and got General Chase's Overcoat and when i put it on it was winterized body armour not his overcoat and where is the winterized medic helemet

thats what its supposed to look like i belive
and the Medic helmet it only availible if you take elliot with you into the cryo labs and resurrect his squad right before you go through the cryo storage
door he will give you directions to press the button when he says so and you got 2 temperary medics that will die after you destroy the genorator
you can just let the aliens kill them and you got your helmet

Chase's overcoat is bugged so that it came out as Winterized Combat Armor. If you're on PC, there's a mod that fixes it.
