Getting Error after attempting to install newist patch : Fallout 3

I got this error: the ordinial 5360 could not be located in dynamic library xlive.dll when the install for the newest patched failed. I can't even run the game anymore without getting the error. Should I try reinstalling?

Ok I reinstalled GFWL and it works now.
