L-TAG

To all of you boys and girls who have yet to unlock this beast of a weapon, here is my advice...

Don't.

I know you're like me. You see this gun and it's description and think: 'Hey, a weapon that shoots grenades, I should unlock this! This can't possibly svck!'. WRONG. It's all a lie folks.

The thing shoots GRENADES. Or, what Crytek thinks grenades should be. Might as well be shooting water balloons at the enemy. To actually kill someone with this thing you have to somehow shoot it so it banks off the ground under their feet, and ricochets up into their anus before detonating. I swear I would be more effective on the battlefield with this weapon if, instead of firing grenades at the enemy, I just threw the damn thing at their heads. That would do more damage.

And if you are looking for some cool attachments, SORRY, nothing to see here folks.

The thing svcks. Big let down. You have been warned....

Aaaaaannnnd cue the kids saying 'Oh well I had a good game wiv it brah pwned ppl lollll'-->Bullsh!t.

Bye!

Before I waste my precious fingers with a thorough reply to your fecal-matter-of-a-post, answer me this: have you actually used the weapon yet?

In the campaign at least, a direct impact makes the grendaes explode. If you read the description it says SMART grenades. Fail on not reading.

@Kozzle

They are SMART grenades because they don't detonate close to you (See? I can read!).
If you have actually used the gun in multiplayer, the grenades have to come into contact with a surface, then they glow red, then detonate.
Not only that, direct impacts do not explode, and I'm pretty sure they don't even hurt the other player O_o.

Not sure who you were directing your pompousness to, but there's my response :D

I wouldn't say the LTag is the best weapon but to say that it's useless because aren't any good with it doesn't mean that it doesn't work. And by the way, I am not a kid, thanks. Just somebody much better than you. It's a good support weapon and if you use the machine pistol with the extended ammo upgrade (which can act as your primary weapon) you can actually do very well with the right map. Stop biching and just use something else.

Have a nice day ; )

Thanks for stopping by little buddy, does your teacher know you're browsing the Crysis forums instead of paying attention?

My post was really to let everyone know the gun svcks. Since I am not going to treat this like a pissing contest, I will not go blasting my stats just to prove I'm better/cooler than you. However if you would ever like to see how a big boy plays, send me a request (GsO Regulator) :D
