Well, the 7600 Go barely puts out for Oblivion, and I'm dying to play Fallout 3 on pc instead of the 360. So, I've waited for Asus' new lineup and it's here at best buy. I've came down to two laptops, which I'm pretty sure they'll each run Fallout 3 on max settings.

The main difference is the processor. Asus always has a built in overclocking tool, but regularly, which one is better?

Well, this game doesn't really make use of quads....not that many games do actually. If you happen to have many games that do use quads, then perhaps the more expensive one is worth it in that sense. The other big difference between the two is the hard drive. A 640GB 7200rpm HDD is much more desirable than the 500GB 5400rpm one. Either notebook is fine though.
