I'm not too fond of women who think they have to act manlier than any man. But that's a matter of taste, I guess.
I'll stick with Cass for myself, she's tough, has got lots of wits, and she's still got heart, not a brick like Moore.
If Caesar had placed her in command of his Armies I doubt they could be stopped. She's a better commander than Lanius and nearly as devious as Vulpes.
We don't know, tbh. Not much is known about her actual commanding abilites.
The only thing we know is, she survived a couple of tours against the BoS, so she's for sure a tough dog.
That doesn't automatically make her a good commanding officer, however.
In fact, she's appears to be way to hotheaded to being a good strategist for my taste. I think she's a good field officer, an efficient squad leader.
But someone for the the big chessboard, so to say? Probably not.
