Whats this about a new major patch?

So I've heard that there will be a new patch coming out that will fix glitches, make explosives worthwhile and more. Is there any evidence that it will do this? I heard someone say Sawyer mentioned it.

My game patched today after not playing for some time.

It's now version 1.2.0.352 rather than 1.2.0.314 as it was before.

I also have a bunch of new "packs" load on starting my last save I never had added before. (Mercenary, Trader, etc.)

The download people are getting now is a Dead Money prep patch. There's still another one coming.

From gstaff in the sticky thread today:
A new update is available on Steam. In addition to this update, we're still working on another update that contains additional fixes and changes and will update you soon on that.

Make sure you have this update when playing Dead Money.

they need to fix the problem were the weapons go through certain clothings (happens on 360) example AT rifle and the NCR veteran combat armor
also companions should be able to use antivenom also vendor should sell antivenom
some vendors should sell mini nukes
bighorners heads shouldn't always explode even though am using a melee weapon
jingle jangle jingle and blue moon should play on the "Mojave Music Radio"
deathclaws should always have loot. a lot of times the deathclaws says "empty" even though all you can take is their hands
cazadors shouldn't always inject venom every single time they jab you! i mean i have an endurance skill of 9 and am wearing PA armor. sneaky bastards always pop out behind me after i kill one
would someone please put some hair on veronica or at least give her something besides her robe

fix the reputation glitch which resets your reputation if you take of faction clothing.

fix the 3rd person so I can set how far I want the camera from my guy.

fix the iron sight misalignment with the hunting rifle.

less repetitions of johnny guitar on the radio.

Heh, that isn't going to happen in a patch. I doubt it even happens with the new engine made for Skyrim :D

wanna know something, i think my game glitched and the AT rifle looked good on the back of NCR veteran combat armor. it happened at the infamous battle at hoover dam. the AT rifle was mounted on my characters back differently that it usually does. if only that glitched lasted for ever

I think it added a little marker that shows where you left your follower on(the map).
