I decided to call EA customer support since there has been no response from crytek about there shifty product.
I spent an hour on the phone describing the problems that are plaguing the game and they told me to disable my media server and to delete the game utility for crysis 2 and reinstall it. It seems like it might have made me get a better connection ran 5 matchs with a 3 ping but it very well could have been dumb luck. anyway give it a try and let me know what yall get anything is worth a shot since it seems crytek has been ignoring our problems

no go to game utility not data. delete the utility deletes the day one patch and deletes the install you will have to reinstall both when you boot the game up but all your game data will be there. Like i said it may or may not work but its worth a shot

WTF..... That is as stupid advice as what that Carmello or whatever his name is said about buying a better router and modem and fixing the tv settings.

this came from EA man im just relaying the message it seemed i had better ping after but it could have been dumb luck who knows but this came from the a specialist agent with them since ive called more than once so it worth a shot this is the best advice we have at the moment since we arent having word from crytek

i tried it i played two matches then the beginnig of the third match here came the connection error only thing gone work is a damn patch maybe

i cant delete the data utilities! i have the campaign completed and im level 30! this is not a fix!

no it will not have any effect on ltd content or upgrades, rank, campaign ect.

Since I took a break from C2 cause of the problems, etc....I decided to try out these couple steps and give it a shot.
For the last 8 matches I've had 3+ bar connection and came out with more kills than deaths.
Might just be luck like OP said but, who knows. Still I wish there was a permanent fix.
Maybe some strange planetary alignment might happen over the weekend and they'll give us some good news.
