Crysis 2 is the First Crytek product I own. Multiplatform FTW! or maybe . SO first off, Crysis 2 is pretty amazing, at some points but overall amazing. The Crysis 2 Solo campaign is in depth and has tactical advantages to complete missions. Brilliant move and also raises the playability of this title.
**Enjoyment**
As I progressed in the solo Campaign, I was distracted by a bug that I tried to ignore and continue with the game progression. The annoyance here is I encountered the same types of bugs frequently Throughout my game play experience. Kind of off putting don't you think?
**Campaign**:
Ok. So I am playing the Campaign on the hardest Difficulty setting and it seems to be rather EASY!
BUGs and NOT so Intelligent A.I. are the culprits. The A.I. at times has no idea how to be intelligent and lacks Logical commands! They constantly run into any object in its way. Example, 2 AI were standing next to each other guarding their posts. I somehow alerted only 1 of the 2 A.I. by my gun fire from afar. The alerted A.I. was running into the other A.I. while the non running A.I. Stood completely still. I walk in front of both of them but their actions remain the same. What should I do? I then decided to beat both of them to a pulp with Stealth turned OFF and Armor ON because I was kind of upset that A.I. can be so unaware. I took my time with powerful Me-lee attacks. I guess that was fun.
Another Bug I noticed over and over was barrels vibrating and moved away from their spawn zones. This happened in many locations of the Solo Campaign in more than 5 levels. I thought it was an Awesome effect when earth quakes and the radius of building collapsing in front of me were the reason. Then I noticed it was Happening in areas that had no kind of seismic activity present and no buildings crumbling. I pick up an explosive barrel and set it back down with the Y button and wallah!... still vibrating away from me. I will end it short here
Overall: Beautiful Campaign.
