I'm writing from Italy, I'd like to buy [Retail-PC] Crysis 2 Limited Edition on a british website. I'd like to know, if the retail version is distributed in multi-languages.

Most likely, yes.

All of crytek's games (Far Cry, Crysis, Crysis Warhead) supported a variety of languages. Although some of languages didn't support full dialog, all the available options (a lot...) had subtitles.
