I have 4 unlocked and have no idea how to unlock any others

it does not tell me how to obtain Power module unlocks..

Whenever you look at the modules in the game, it'll have a description of how you obtain the upgraded module. Usually it just pertains to a certain number of kills to upgrade it.

To obtain different modules, you have to upgrade the Stealth, Armor, or Power by using a certain ability.

Using Stealth a lot will upgrade your Stealth module class and then unlock different modules under Stealth. Same with Armor.

Some people have a hard time understanding how to upgrade the Power ability but doing super jumps, ledge climbing, etc. will upgrade that.
