Right now, no match is gonna start anymore... waiting with my friends 5 mins now with full lobby on any server, and game is not starting...

Have played 1 game in the last 12 hours, crytek fails!

You guys are just really unlucky or havent configured your rigs properly. I Played a couple hours last night, I was jumping in and out of servers no problem. Are you:
-running the game as an admin?
-ensuring you have either deactivated your firewall or added C2 to it's safe list?
-checked your router ports?

No EA/cryteks master server or whatever has failed, no lobby games are launching.. we had the exact same problem happen for a time in the pc demo/beta. EA needs to reboot and fix their end.

Very frustrating to preorder a game but not able to play it.

You can play multiplayer, but you have to join the unranked servers. It's a shame though since 80% of the servers are ranked.
