Low FPS Config
Trying to get a config to get more fps for low end pc's
This is a old one i had and been taking out the stuff that would crash game at start up and ones that showed up in logs that dont work.
This is most of what i think works but i am still looking for info on it and just seeing what happens.
Hope it helps some one make a real low end fps config for cry2
