So, I bought my LE Crysis 2 yesterday. While installing, I was browsing through the problems and the issues of the game. I saw that one of the main problems is the LE Content redemption. The answer they gave the people is: "You must login with your registered e-mail address, not your username."

I already have a gamesas account because I tried the multiplayer beta, and i remember putting my main game email for that account. I logged in the gamesas site using my email, and I got in. I found it weird that it was welcoming me all over again (though it didn't say I just created an account), but whatever. I went straight to the site where you redeem the code and it worked. I got the confirmation in my email, too.

Now, here's the problem. I tried logging in to Crysis 2 using my email addy, but the trouble was, it was too long and it can't fit the "m" in .com. I had to log in using my nickname now, and so I did. It was asking for a CD key, so I gave it my CD key, too. When I was trying to get my LE goodies, it was nowhere to be found.

I logged back in to gamesas, and i found out that instead of having one unified account (my nickname and my email at the same account page), I now have two different accounts. 1 account had the game, and 1 account had the LE stuff.

What's worse is that my main account (that has the CD key in it), has no more email addy linked to it. When I try to change my password, it just resets that other one and not this one.

I already contacted them about this, but no reply yet. Anyone else had this problem? Can you somehow merge the accounts?
