Host Selection Process

I really think you guys (Crytek) need to look into how your game selects a host. I played in the same room with the same people last night and over the period of several matches the game would occasionally select another host. One match everyone in the room had a stable connection then the next match the game chose another host who was in Japan and everyone in the room, aside from the host, had 1 connection bar. It was the same room with the same people yet a new host whom everyone had a poor connection to was chosen.

It's not the first time I've seen it happen but it was by far the most perplexing. How can a system that is supposed to choose a host select the host that has the poorest connection to everyone? I don't know exactly what system you have in place for choosing a host but it needs to be looked at and hopefully optimized.

Same exact thing last night. Good solid three bars all round one match and then all reds bar the host.

How do you know the location of the host though?
