I redeemed my limited code some days ago, but I didn't get the dog tag.
Does someone know where I can get it from?

When you're at the screen to change your dogtag, press X and it will change the outer rim of the dogtag to platinum.

I know how to unlock!!!
You need to go to the dog tags where you can change the tags /the pictures and then you need to press one or 2 times X
so it changes the color!!

For the record I'll state that the dog tag frames are the most under-developed idea in this game. They virtually all look alike (especially the Platinum one) and you never see them during matches. I'm having trouble understanding why we should "customize" our dog tags with a set of 4-5 frames that are virtually indistinguishable from the rest. The gold one may be the only exception.

Who the f*** needs them anyway? It's the only great customizable part in the game (except for the weapon attachments)

Yep, it was exclusive to the PC direct download edition from the EA store. However, some people in Europe managed to get them from their respective video game vendors.
