- Fog. Aside from the physical appearance of groundbourne clouds around you, your perception is reduced by 3.
- Rain. Water droplets fall from the sky, and enemies have a harder time detecting you by ear. Rust very slowly degrades weapons.
- Acid rain. Similar to rain, but it will gives you 1 Rad p/second (when wearing clothes), or degrade your armor.
Second, infinitely generated world.
No loading screens, as every bit of traversable area loads like the Mojave/Capital Wasteland. Makes getting place to place alot smoother, and quicker. And it allows you to see in or out of windows (which would be more awesome then you think).
Third, dynamic foods/drinks.
Whatever consumables you pick up won't remain like that forever. If you stay in an radiated area for too long, consumables will become 'irradiated' (cured by using Rad-X on your inventory). If you put drinks in the fridge, they become 'cold' and give better bonuses. If they stay too long in your inventory, they become 'stale' and have milder effects. Put food in the oven, it will be 'warm' and have stronger bonuses.
Forth, advanced karma system.
I can currently go around killing civilians (with 'neutral' karma) and the game thinks nothing of it. I go loot there corpse, the game thinks nothing of it. It needs to be more dynamic. For example, if I point a gun in someones face, a little drop in karma. I kill them, medium loss of karma. I loot the corpse, huge loss of karma. So on and so forth.
Any other idears?
