I think he means the whole website doesn't fit the screen. Had the same problem when someone posted a picture in a forum thread.
The website doesn't seem to scale very well, at least there's missing a slider on the bottom when the whole website doesn't fit.

The website fits perfectly on my blackberry but when i try to logon i click the sign on button the page just covers the sign on i can't logon
