Is there a special way to reverse pickpocket armor onto NPC or do only certain NPC have the ability to wear the arnor because everytime i try to put armor onto people they don't wear it. I am on the xbox so i can't use any console commands.

The armor you pickpocket onto them has to have a higher damage resistance than the outfits they're currently wearing, or they won't wear it. Any armor you give them you'll need to have repaired to a reasonable condition. Also, they won't immediately equip the armor you give them. You have to leave the cell you gave it to them in and then come back - once you come back they should be wearing the armor you gave them.
