Hey. I'm probably not the first one to post this complaint and I'm probably posting in the wrong place (sorry). But you see the the service record...mine got reset (well not completely). Like yesterday when I checked it the 'Total Time Spent In Multiplayer' was 5 hours +. Today, it's 1 hour. My kills and deaths have decreased from over 100 each to about 20-25 each (I now have a negative K/D which was over 1.0 before). I was keeping my eye on my K/D at all times since I care about my K/D being postive like everyone else. In addition, I'm level 12. I'm sure I didn't ONLY kill 24 enemies and died 25 times to get where I am. Impossible! I can't believe this has happened. Now I know what other people are going through. The game was going perfectly for me. I do hope Crytek fix this. Please guys! Thanks.

Yes there are probably more people that have the same problem, but so far I'm not and to be honest, I'm quite glad that I don't have that problem. Everybody hopes that they'll fix it.

We'll have to be patient and see.
