Crysis 2 Special Edition ?? : Crysis

Hi, somebody know if Crysis 2 will also be released as a Special Edition like thr first Crysis Game? Till now you can only pre order the normal Crysis 2 Game...

This sunject has been brought up before, and yes what a fantastic idea, many ppl made posative comments on it, my own opinion was that if it was to be considered, it could be like DVD movie releases with a bonus disc full of lots of Crysis backgound stuff, all presented in a scaled vtol, the disc set fitting inside the seating area, But then I usually and often think way outside the box, lol. Sadly as Talon95 correctly points out, nothing has been announced as yet, I will stay posative on that matter, and hope you do too.

My retailer lists a "collector's edition" but they claim they have yet to recieve info of it's contents from the publisher.

Pricetag is listed as 90 euro.

Special editions are quite profitable because they bundle what is basically junk you can get on the internet and maybe a cheapo souvenir and increase the price tag a bit, so I guess they'll do it...

Don't get me wrong, I still want a special edition

special editions are to soak up as much $$$ as possible. There is a much bigger market this time around becuase the game is on three platforms. Three platforms = more ppl = more money. So yes there will probly be one soon... i hope lol

Definitely, it deserves collector's or special edition. Though it may cost a bit extra, it's worth it!!!

It looks like the premium edition will be called Nano edition. I pre-oredered it today from my local gameshop in romania:
