What is up with agility being so wack?

Testing rocket lancuher with agility, which affects reload speed
1 agility = 69 secondss to fire 10 shots
5 agility = 45 secs
10 agility = 35 secs

This is fine enough, though it shows that its affect on reload speed is not purely linear.

Testing machine gun grenade laucnher
1 agility = 79 seconds to fire off 19 shots
5 agility = 44 seconds
10 agility = 43 seconds

Huh? What is up with the 5 versus 10 agility on the granade launcher??? Do weapons have a a reload speed cap that changes very little if at all when you hit a certain agility level?

Oh I see. It only "checks" your agility when switching weapons. I wonder if thats true of other weapons. You could get a lot of extra use out of drugs like buffout if you just didnt reload or switch weapons you kept the str that made you "effective" with the given weapon.
