Is anyone really surprised? Now that game is an unfortunate blend of cloning and burning ****. The trailers of that game even looked awful.

The only games that ever did vehicles and massive environments properly are UT2004 and Battlefield.

The beginning, where they explain how Korea managed to overrun America, is one of the worst i ever saw. Nobody can believe that **** they made up there haha.

Nope, it's just trying too hard to do an "at-home" setting with Battlefield mechanics and they decided to scale back graphics for gameplay but then messed up the gameplay too (which isn't TERRIBLE but definitely not good). The ONLY thing Homefrot did right was it's timing. It's between the BC2/Vietnam and BF3 releases, so people looking for fresh, vehicular MP are going to buy it with the console mindset of "well it's new so why not add it to the collection?"
