im lvl 14 and dont know how to get wepon points to unlock new wepons like the smg. can someone explain how to get wepon points plz.

No, weapons are only unlocked by attaining a specific level. Completing module challenges just gives you upgrades for said modules. Completing weapon challenges give you weapon attachment unlocks.

ACTUALLY I'm a lvl 41 and my friend is a lvl 39 and we both get are unlocks at different lvls like
he got a weapon unlock at lvl 39 i got it at 40 so i don't know

Aren't some guns available at the same level? Maybe you used that one unlock for one gun, and you had to level up again to get the other gun.

If you hover over the gun you want to unlock it will tell you at what level you may attain it. All gun are unlockable at certain levels. Grendel-5, Feline-14, Gauss Sniper 39. There is one catch though, you may be level 39 and the Gauss sniper may be available to unlock but if you do not have any unlock points youll have to level up until you receive 1 to be able to unlock it.
