im aiming on someones head with a sniper an there not moving shoot an get no hit marker fire agen then they die whats that about?

it happens to me all the time. There are times where the only thing i could see is the head and shoot it and get no hitmarker, or i will get a hit marker but its not a 1 shot 1 kill. It will take two shots.... I think its just the lag issues most people been having. I just cant wait for a patch to tighten this game up a bit\
