Since the patch i have found the stealth kills are hard to do, i can no longer stealth kill on the run, yes i no longer stuck behind them but all i do now is give them a love tap saying hello i'm here. i've even been standing right behind someone they were not moving it comes up with the prompt to stealth kill then i just hit them. please fix this in the next patch. has anyone else notice this?.

yep stealth kills on the move are impossible
