Dog Tag Awards section glitch?

I can't get the highest K/D dog tag, the very first one. I went 22/1 last round... it's very annoying... any idea?

I ve only gotten this one for about ONE time...

and I ve got the highest k/d for about over a 1000 games or so haha lol :).

To get the dog tag, you need the highest killstreak and no deaths :D
