Anyone noticed how slow the online leaderboards take to update? On my service records it has my correct kills/deaths etc but on the actually leaderboards it still on what it was 2/3 games ago!

I thought just the opposite. I am surprised how quickly I can access the leaderboards. If my exact up to date details aren't up when I first view, by the time I have cycled through the tabs everything is bang on.

Now Bulletstorm - That was painful.

^ This. I prefer fixes related to gameplay first, and then stuff like leaderboards. I don't mind the wait for the leaderboards update because I know I'll never make #1.
