Ok, so pretty much, this NCR ranger lady came up to me and said "ill give you 4 days, then you die" or something, i just ignored it. They came back everyday and now whenever i load any of my past 3 saves theyre just always running towards me hostile....

I can't kill them, its that guy with like the missile launcher...

My reputation With NCR is neutral, so why are they doing this?

You either did to many quests with Yes Man, House, or Caesar's Legion.

I killed house straight after i killed benny, ive never been to a legion camp in this playthrough, nor even spoken to yes man

Well if you've offended them or the NCR than this will happen.
