GIVE US PC EXCLUSIVE BACK!

Post » Mon Oct 26, 2009 5:58 pm

Greetings crysis community! My experience of multiplayer is terrible if not to say more, it's totally fail compared to crysis and crysis wars. Where u could easy access and play with no problems the way u like.
Here u have to wait for hours for games to start and i really began to see how my favour game ever became a joke, just because certain someone decided to make more money by doing a as we all know a worse idea they could by doing PORT TO CONSOLES! That's the only mistake a pc developer can ever made , no comment needed to exaplain why, because everything will suffer in the process!!!
THE END!

If we got exclusivity back, we'd probably get prone back, sandbox back, customizable graphics setting back, the list goes on...

PC Crysis 2 should have been developed ENTIRELY separate from console Crysis 2. I feel like I just played an Xbox game on my computer.

I don't think that multi platform games can continue to make respectable sales on PC for very much longer.

I have seen interviews for the game claiming that everyone at crytek are working hard to bring us the best game possible with an engaging story, and great online play. I've played the campaign and the story seems like it was put together in 5 minutes. The first crysis left off for such a great sequel and it's hard to think of why crytek just left everything in crysis 1 behind and started from scratch with an arbitrary situation, and new characters we do not know of nor care for. As far as multiplayer there are so many bugs it gave me such a headache just to get multiplayer up and just to see that it's still filled with server connection problems and game launching issues. some people are still at a detriment with the multiplayer; and for this to occur after more then 3 years of working on this game is ridiculous. But of course they most likely didn't take 3 years on the game ; they probably held it back to escalate the hype for it. They must have known the pc community would have wanted graphic tweaks but of course it was taken away for the sake of the simplicity of the game; and dx11 still isn't around. Crysis 2 still has alot of good in it like a fun multiplayer [when it works] and incredible graphics but overall it defames what the first game brought to the pc gamers.

That's a good point, the prone control was a great tactic. Leaning is a lost control as well which really should be used in fps games.
