» Thu Oct 29, 2009 9:46 am Crysis 2 got delivered to me home a couple of hours ago (EU, Netherlands) and while I thought I wouldn't be able to play until tomorrow (some other EU guy on these forums said he got a message saying that he can't play until tomorrow), I tried and it worked. At first my serial key didn't want to save, but that was fixed by switching a few times between SP and MP as Cry-Tom suggested.
Anyway, I loaded up the campaign and man, I'm really enjoying it! I'm having a blast
Well done CrytekYes, I know there are some bugs and that, "boohoo", DX11 isn't supported yet (man ppl on these forums can whine...), but the game looks pretty damn nice.
The motion blur and bloom are, in my opinion, not bad. (notice how I said my opinion)
Last I wanted to report some graphical bugs: While I was playing the campaign and got to the part with the aliens in the tunnel, I slid under some iron construction and the water turned black. Also, sometimes when I'm right next to a wall, I can see through it at the sides of my screen. Like, a few cm of the screen contains no wall, making me able to see through it.
My graphics card is a Sapphire Radeon HD6850, and I'm using the catalyst 11.4 beta drivers (this bug was also in the MP Demo, when I was still using the 11.2 drivers)
Thanks for reading what I think of the game so far, it really isn't bad like people on these forums claim. I know I'll probably get flamed for saying things like this, but hey, it's my honest opinion.
