Best place/way to farm Nano catalysts

Need to get from -16000 , wanted thoughts on best place/level to farm this sparklies ?

Have you beaten the game yet? If not.. Wait for the level where you have to find that detonator.

right at the end of the game you fight a few ceph worth 5000 points each
