1.Distribute NCR military more thinly; remove majority of reserve forces from McCarran.

2.Clear Quarry Junction with veteran rangers and first recon.

3.Eliminate powder gangers; they look too poorly equipped to pose much threat. (When I completed I Fought the Law, the NCR attack completely slaughtered everyone.)

4.Send rangers to kill fiend leaders.

5.Send civilian intermediaries to ally with BoS, Great Khans, and Boomers. ( Wait a minute! Isn't that what happens?)

6. Negotiate with House until he gives in.

7.Take care of Nelson and Cottonwood.

8. Attack the legate's camp!

9. SEND BOATS TO THE FORT! VICTORY IS OURS!

If I was the President of the NCR I would get all the NCR soldiers to meet at one place, then drop a nuke them. AVE TRUE TO CAESAR!

I don't understand posts like this if your President of the NCR you'd be able to change some of the stuff you don't like about them, or are you just a hater for no reason other than they are the NCR?

Pretty much. I hate everything about the NCR.

Draw CL into another trap, and this time don't let anyone escape. Then send someone to take out whats left of the CL leadership so they devolve into infighting.
