Does this actually increase the Feline rate of fire? I don't hear a difference and the Feline zips already. Just wondering...

With the feline I always find myself even when the enemy player isn't moving having to TWO clips to kill them..

Ofcource it does. Thats what that perk does. The feline is already a beast. With that perk it becomes a straight up biblical nightmarish beast.
