To be perfectly honest, i wouldn't even bother with that kind of software. There's a reason why you never find any benchmarks on legible review sites because it does nothing and the people who typically benchmark don't bother benching it because they know this already
10 years ago when the difference between 20 and 30 active processes running on the system actually made a difference due to the inadequacies of system hardware, sure, it would've made a difference. Today, system processes don't bother modern systems so if you use this software to take your active processes down from ~70 to ~30 it's going to make no difference because those extra 40 processes weren't noticeably impacting on the system performance.
