Modified Crysis Sounds : Crysis

Hi there.
I have a question. I want to use these modified Crysis sounds in a Fallout 3 mod I'm going to make. Can I use them without any compunction or do they come within the ambit of the Crysis copyright?

I want to ask first before I make something stupid ^^
