This is my first time using the EA Store and EA Download Manager. I pre-ordered Crysis 2 some time ago now (over a month ago). After pre-ordering I was prompted to download EADM by a confirmation e-mail. In my EADM though I have no games listed and my order history is blank.

Is this normal? Will the game show up in my order history once its officially released?

I usually use Steam which immediately shows the game within the games library upon pre-order or purchase.

Next question is how will my exclusive EA Store (Camo, etc) content be delivered.. Should I have gotten some kind of code when placing my order or will it automatically be included when I download the game?

Lastly, recently the EA Store has added an extra bonus of getting Crysis free when pre-ordering Crysis 2. I placed my order before this extra freebie was advertised, will I recieve it? I already own Crysis though so im not too fussed if I dont get it.

Hey! So usually EA sends an email closer to release date, maybe this friday, with details of your pre order. As well as telling you that you will be able to see it on EADM. You wont see it in EADM until much closer to release date. In regards to the `free crysis`pre order stuff. You will get all that if you pre order through EA (even if it was months ago). They will give you codes for all of the bonuses (usually). At least, thats how it worked with Dragon Age 2 so I'm guessing it will be a somewhat similar process. I contacted EA with all these questions two days ago and asked if another game would be supplemented if we already own Crysis 1 and they said unfortunately "no".

Thanks for the reply its very reassuring. Im wondering if im able to give my free Crysis copy from EA (assuming I get it) to someone else as I already own it.

i preordered 9 months ago trough ea.

the game doesnt show in eadm,it is totally normal,but,i dont know if we will be able to pre-load the game,i hope so.
