Well i have Xbox360 and PC. I like to play Xbox360 because i can play from couch. But PC has better graphics ( I have a HD5970 ) I choose PC because i spend alot money on it :P
You know you could connect your PC to the HDTV and then use a Xbox360 controller.

And you can boot windows in three seconds with an SSD. Sorry, but console launch times are actually longer. ^^

It's nice to sit down on the couch in front of the plasma and play some console now and then. I really enjoy racing games on the 360 far more than i do on PC. Flip-side, i can't play shooters well on console in comparison to PC.

I like the comfort and ease of a casual race on console. I like the abilities of my PC. Both worlds are good in their own right.
Xbox 360 because of ease of access. It is much quicker to start the xbox up than to start the PC up. Plus it has an easier communication system. The only downside is the lack of support and quick fixes.
+1 and I find controller is a better control method and offers more perceptible effects, how vibration. I finish my friends in CS Source with 360 laxly.

the best platform EVAR is the pc. it is multifunctional, can be updated everytime its hardware gets old and: it has tha INTERNET!
okay it has far more malfunctions but i can live with that. Also i can do much more on my own when there is an error with my pc. if my xbox would get software problems i'd have to get a new one or to bring it to a specialist. if my pc would get a software problem i'd fix it on my own ^^

PC, supports everything, can do anything you need in your digital life, and better performance than consoles. Only downfall is that they usually come at high prices compared to consoles (even for a crappy netbook) and if u arent experienced in computers (or are just stupid) then it can be difficult to manage - but both of those i dont have a problem with cuz i have some spare money and im kinda smart at computers soooo PC all the way! :)

PC - it does everything and I can always hook up a 360 controller to it if I feel a game 'needs' it.

PC for tweaking and pushing game engines to see their limits. And you can make mods :D

I delve into files,
or developer console,
all must be modded.
