Hey Bethesda I don't want to be irritating or anything but I think you really should remove the casino 1 minute wait after you load that really annoys me and there should be something that can get you back into the strips casinos by doing errands for the bosses.
Good glitches for example the vic and vance cap glitch should be un patched and I seem to notice that the gun runner guy at the reloading bench Ivan I think his name is has totally disappeared in my game whether or not I restart the game.
You should also look into making at least 10
more levels in each dlc or at least so you can get nice perks and get 100 points for each skill and more implants from dr wasugi or whatever.
Please read this bethesda I am a very big fan in your work I don't want you to make mistakes when your patching fair enough if there a way to get outside the map close it off but good glitches that people enjoy you shouldn't patch

I assume that this is about Fallout: New Vegas, so general discussion probably isn't the best place for it.

Also, Bethesda did not develop New Vegas, Obsidian did. The one minute wait is to give you a penalty if you try and "cheat" by reloading a save after you lose.

The 1 minute wait is to prevent cheating.

And I they are not going to allow you to get 100 in each skill, they were trying to prevent god characters from the start. It ups the replay value by having you make a new character with different specialties.
